Lawrence Moses is a public servant and activist who advocates for the welfare of all sentient life and the health and sustainability of Earth's environment. Lawrence is the founder of Superus (sue~pehr~us), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that champions universal access to clean clean water, food, shelter, and medical care, as well as combating climate change and ending factory farming.
Early Life
Lawrence was born on March 27, 1977, in North America. He developed an early interest in social services while working at the Urban League of Rhode Island and volunteering at local homeless shelters in Providence, RI. He would later enter the non-profit sector after establishing a Rhode Island non-profit organization that served children with disabilities through the use of therapeutic horseback riding.
In 2013, Lawrence moved to southern California, where he became aware of the most pressing issues of the 21st century, including economic inequality, animal rights, climate change, and environmental sustainability. These issues would later inspire the fundamental concepts of Superus (sue~pehr~us) and shape its mission.
Superus (sue~pehr~us)
Superus (sue~pehr~us) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that was founded in 2020. Its mission is to secure humanity’s basic survival needs: clean water, food, shelter, and medical care. Superus also addresses climate change and advocates for the end of factory farming, which results in the deaths of over 70 billion animals annually while also being one of the planet's most significant sources of global pollution.
Two Major Initiatives
In 2024, SUPERUS (sue~pehr~us) launched two key initiatives to fulfill its mission statement: ending the homeless crisis in California and eradicating hunger in Los Angeles.
ENDING CALIFORNIA’S HOMELESS CRISIS
To address California’s homeless crisis, SUPERUS is petitioning Governor Newsom to grant a coalition of California non-profits the authority to build and govern a sustainable, eco-friendly city of tiny and adobe homes in California City. This initiative will provide refuge, recovery, and community for 120,000 homeless, offering a real solution to end California’s housing crisis while also reducing the impact of encampments on business owners and neighborhoods.

ERADICATING HUNGER IN LOS ANGELES
To eradicate hunger in Los Angeles, SUPERUS is launching the world’s first non-profit autonomous food factory using cell-based technology. The facility will feed 5 million people annually, including seniors on fixed incomes, low-income families, college students, the unemployed, and homeless shelters.

By mass-producing beef, pork, poultry, and fish without harming any animals, this technology uses 99% less space than factory farming and eliminates toxic emissions. All products are free from antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, microplastics, and mercury.

Personal Life
Lawrence is committed to maintaining his well-being and happiness through holistic and spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, exercise, diet, and world travel. As a self-proclaimed eternal student, Lawrence’s philosophies and beliefs are shaped by his passion for pursuing endless growth as a spiritual being experiencing life in a physical existence.
Philosophy & Beliefs
Lawrence seeks daily guidance and inspiration from a collection of thirty-three principles known as the Superus 33, inspired by the wisdom of some of humanity’s most inspirational figures, including teachers, mystics, philosophers, scientists, activists, visionaries, and peacemakers. These guiding principles emphasize integrity, understanding, and the pursuit of universal truths.
Lawrence authored the book "33," which explores the Superus 33 and provides readers with comprehensive insights into the origins, purposes, applications, and modern relevance of these guiding principles. The inspiration behind the Superus 33 emerged after reading “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, which Lawrence has credited as 'life-altering knowledge' that profoundly impacted his understanding of himself, human behavior, and the world. Ruiz’s book inspired Lawrence to seek more universal truths to further his personal growth, which led him to seek out the teachings from some of humanity’s most inspirational figures and methodically compile them into what has become the Superus 33.
Today, Lawrence turns to the Superus 33 for daily guidance, affirmation, and motivation to always do his best while utilizing his talents to benefit humanity and the world.
100% of the profits from the book “33” are donated to the Superus Foundation in support of its mission to secure humanity’s basis survival needs.
